Formed in 2025, the MSFA Health and Safety Committee is a standing body focused on improving the long-term wellness of Montana's professional firefighters. The committee works to promote:
Physical fitness and resilience
Mental health and stress management
Injury prevention strategies
Healthy workplace environments
Health and Safety Grant
In support of our wellness mission, MSFA has created the Health and Safety Grant for Health and Wellness. Each year, we will allocate up to $10,000 in funding to support department-level health initiatives across Montana.
